Anne Allen - Havening Practitioner & Life Coach for support & mental wellbeing

You don’t have to navigate this alone. Perhaps you are used to thriving under pressure but recently work has become overwhelming and you don’t know who to speak to. Maybe you’re going through a major life change and feel anxious. You might be grieving a person, a place, perhaps a version of yourself, a hope that was never realised, and nothing feels quite right. On the outside you might look ok but maybe you know you're not. Whatever you’re carrying, however huge the responsibilities you hold at work, at home, you deserve to feel seen and supported. I’m here to walk alongside you.

In my career as an international musician, I saw hugely skilled, talented and experienced people struggle with constant pressure and long hours. Unresolved traumas, relationship problems, loss, illnesses and burnout were often hidden which led to catastrophic situations. In dealing with my own past and looking for solutions, I became interested in how our brains & bodies were designed to work and my journey towards being a therapist started with a degree course in Psychology at Birkbeck.

I’ve been an advocate of Havening since attending the first International Havening Conference in 2015. Havening is a proven neuroscience-based method that reduces anxiety, releases emotional pain and trauma, and restores a sense of peace and balance allowing for a healthier more positive & productive lifestyle. With a degree from Cambridge University and enhanced training including Master Practitioner of NLP, ADHD Coaching and CPD in Havening, I combine academic rigour and continued personal and professional development with heartfelt care.

If you’re looking for someone dedicated, compassionate and experienced to give you a safe space, to truly listen and guide you towards greater well-being, I’m here to help. I will teach you simple yet powerful techniques you can use in just 2 minutes, every day. Integrated with other proven approaches for your particular needs and goals, we will work together enabling you to move forward with greater understanding and confidence, to equip, empower & release you into a healthier future.

I have a particular focus on providing support for those navigating grief and loss, and the associated anxieties and feelings. I also have expertise and insight for people with ADD/ADHD symptoms, and how to work with your brain, not against it.

My clients usually prefer online sessions to save time, costs & most importantly, it allows you to be in control of the space you have the session in, so you can be assured of absolute privacy in a familiar, comfortable environment. Experience of working with HNWI & discretion assured.
